  31.  Citadel is freeware, the source and the BBS program are free to
  32.  anyone. Citadel is a full featured BBS program, supports networking, 
  33.  file up/down loading, and many things not found in any other BBS 
  34.  program. Citadel is available for all major platforms.

  36.  This version is a major update.  Bugs were fixed and many new
  37.  features have been added.  In addition, there is a new AmigaGuide
  38.  formatted documentation file in the separate archive D342Q02.LHA.  
  39.  This version has the QWK Packet support, See the AmigaGuide 
  40.  documentation for details.  It also contains several message files
  41.  needed with this version.  As always, you can customize these.
